Kirra’s passion for Osteopathy began because of its principles and holistic approach in treating patients. Osteopathic treatments focus on looking at the body as whole, with every part of the body being interrelated. She has always been passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle, and aims to implement these principles of Osteopathy not only in her treatments but also her life.

Growing up Kirra has always enjoyed keeping active through playing basketball, volleyball and cricket. She still keeps active enjoying long walks, Pilates, gym and the occasional yoga class. With a keen sporting background finds sporting injuries of particular interest. As such, Kirra has thoroughly enjoyed working at events such as the Oxfam Trailwalker, Melbourne (100km foot race), and the Ironman Asia-Pacific Championship supporting athletes in pre event preparation and post event recovery.

In the near future Kirra look forward to pursuing further studies in clinical Pilates, to assist patients through rehabilitation as well as injury prevention.

Studying Osteopathy has allowed Kirra to learn that Osteopathic treatments can assist the body in returning to its optimal functioning, and so, she looks forward to assisting the community in attaining their health goals.
